Review on my new speakers for those who are interested. My thoughts on the wharfedale diamond 9.1 Bookshelves Speakers : I'm impressed with the overall performance of the diamonds 9.1 speakers. Bass, trebles and mids are nicely balanced, built quality is also good, Those speakers will put a big smile on anybody's face, for 100 UK Pounds it's a bargain.. My thoughts on the JBL ES80 Floorstanding Loudspeakers: The JBL's performed fantastic at the store but when i took them home they lacked a bit of that lively sound, maybe it's the room acoustics (small room) but anyways the JBL worked real nice with my Pioneer Receiver, at the store it out classed many expensive speakers. I'm pretty pleased with the performance of the JBL i notice a change in audio, stereo sound has improved a lot over my old Tangent, and they also sounds more realistic than many speakers i have tested. Bass Sound: Well JBL are known for their bass but on my Pioneer Receiver i get a tighter bass sound, but i have connected my Sound MAX Audio PC Sound Card and used the Baseline feature and the neighbours started to complain :D .
